Toma Alpeggio Pidella Vigezzo
Our Pierino is able to bring, as usual, the sun on his cheeses which are produced on this Alpine pasture based in Ossola (Vigezzo valley). This cheese is made using the tradidional process coming fom the past in order to bring to the table a “Grasso d’Alpe” cheese with yellow color and soft texture. The state is already plesent from the very first months of aging and it becomes even better through the months
