Everyday we do work with the same passion in order to satisfy the needs of our clients. This starts from the search and selection of the best products and goes to the aging and refinement of them. After long days of hard work, we get home exhausted but satisfied with the work done and ready to start again the day after with the same determination and fighting spirit. Doing so, for a lifetime or even more, we keep the same passion of those who, before us, did this work looking for a dream.

THE FAMILY BUSINESS
Fruit of a life of hope, dreams, emotions, sacrifices and commitment, the business was firstly started by the father more than 50 years ago, in Verbania Intra, by Lake Maggiore. That is where accurate and constant searches for the most interesting and fascinating cheese producers from the whole peninsula still start from. The brave choice to stay in the old town centre, despite all the logistics problems, is a source of pride. We believe that providing a service to the local community is very important, not just to follow our tradition, but also to serve with honor our clients that always see us and our service as a point of reference.
