Soft and delicious Tometta with an intense aroma of Alpine herbs. It is produced in an Alpine pasture during the summer and it gains a rich flavour of raw milk when it is produced at 1000 meters during the winter, instead of the 2000m of summer. A great pasture after 2 months of aging!
