Pizzo Tre Signori
The Pizzo Tre Signori is a mountain 2.500 high and it is located on the Orobie Alps where the Brembana and Valsassina valleys meets. This cheese comes from this area. It has its original small round shape and it has unique tastes and flavors coming form the rich milk. It has soft texture coming from a 2 months of aging, the taste becomes stronger during the aging process. It is excellent to be tasted since the first 2 months from the productyion date.
