Pecorino del Buon Contadino

From a Pecorino cheese we expect a strong taste and hard texture..but not for this cheese! The ageing is quite short, from 7 to 30 days. This pecorino has a thin crust, a soft texture a sweet flavor. It has very consistent when cut. It will be a proper surprise.
