			Cacio Ercole Gran Riserva
The “Cacio Ercole” Pecorino is a cheese with an old tradition and with a unique taste. It is still produced using baskets made of beech wood that give the traditionla shape of drop. They use sheep milk coming from selected farms, based in Lazio. The ageing lasts for 6 months, this is the time necessary in order tyo give to this product the proper organoleptic qualities
