Cascina Lia is located in Dogliani, in the heart of Langhe near Cuneo and it is a very special niche. Sheep and goats are bred with the utmost care to get a really unique finished product, with an intense flavor from the first days of ripening. The goat is a surprise every day. Fresh and soft in the first days, a bit more aggressive as it blooms in the crust and creams in the heart, bringing with it the path of its traditions.
