Cascina Lia is located in Dogliani, in the heart of Langhe near Cuneo and it is a very special niche. Sheep and goats are bred with the utmost care to get a really unique finished product, with an intense flavor from the first days of ripening. A slightly muffled square in crust, with a soft heart and a sparkling taste, with notes of spicy growing with the aging that advances, preserving all the qualities of an artisanal production of excellence. Produced with cow goat and sheep milk.
